PROGRAMS & LESSONS
DC Hybrid Skating programs are geared towards seeing long term gains for all the athletes. Our focus is on the long term development of all those who choose to participate. We focus on skating specific techniques off-ice and incorporate those into the on-ice portion. Our off-ice portion works on flexibility, balance, agility, spatial/temporal awareness and builds the strength needed to help increase a players ability to perform at a greater level on the ice. What's great about our program is that it unlike a summer camp where everything is taught in a week, as we have a full summer to create long term gains. Treadmill Programs
Treadmill is an exciting and rewarding environment to learn how to skate properly. Almost anybody can improve strength and therefore speed on the ice, but we at DC Hybrid have proven how to make not only make athletes stronger but better skaters as well. The immediate feedback that our athletes get on the treadmill accelerates the learning curve for gaining speed on the ice. Come work with us on the treadmill and watch your skating technique and speed/stamina on the ice improve!

Designed for the intense athletes looking to improve their strength and conditioning and take their game to another level.

Teams and small groups can make training appointments that are usually one hour in length and 1-2 times a week for off-ice training. On-ice programs are also available for teaching skating skills
