This group is for serious hockey players looking to make major gains over the summer. It is for players looking to be in a competitive environment. This group will focus on overall strength and conditioning, skating speed, balance, agility, quick feet, flexibility, core training, and attitude.
10 weeks June 14th - August 26th no classes July 4-9
Off-Ice Mon/Tues/Thurs: 8:00AM-10:00AM
On-Ice Wednesday 8:00AM-9:00AM
Treadmill- two sessions 20 person maximum for this Program

Ages 10-13 Long Term Development Group Boys & Girls

Long Term Development is the main concentration with this group. Starting at an early age and working general strength and flexibility in a fun environment will allow these athletes to reach there full potential one day. We will work on balance, agility, skating speed, quick feet, core training, flexibility, and attitude.
8 weeks June 21 - August 19th No Classes week of July 4-9
Off-Ice Mon/Wed/Thurs: 2:00PM-4:00PM
On-Ice Wed 2:45PM-3:45PM
Treadmill- two sessions 20 person maximum for this program

Ages 9-11 Development Program Boys & Girls

We will participate in fun activities like rope climbing, skating elements, ring/ladder walking, tug of war, group balance activities, as well as a major emphasis on flexibility. Starting at an early age and working general strength and flexibility in a fun environment will allow these athletes to reach there full potential one day.
8 weeks June 23rd - August 18th No Class week of July 4-9
Off-Ice Wed: 1:00PM-2:25PM
On-Ice Wed: 2:45PM- 3:45PM
