14 and Older High School Age/College Program - $1500
This group is for serious hockey players looking to make major gains over the summer. It is for players looking to be in a competitive environment. This group will focus on overall strength and conditioning, skating speed, balance, agility, quick feet, flexibility, core training, slideboard, inlines, concussion prevention and attitude.
10 weeks June 11 - August 23
*No Class July 4th

Mon/Tues/Thurs: 8:00am-10: 00am
On-Ice Wednesday 9:00am - 10:00am
NEW THIS SUMMER- 14 and Older High School/College Age Program-$1800
Same Program as above but added training on Fridays and Saturdays for those high school athletes wanting more training and for those athletes going on to college or junior teams.

NEW98’s/99’s AAA Player Longterm Development Group Boys and Girls $999
This group is designed for A and AAA player looking for a competitive training environment to take them to the top of their level. This group will meet three days a week with off ice, skating treadmill and on ice training activities. Long Term Development is the main concentration with this group. Starting at an early age and working general strength and flexibility in a fun environment will allow these athletes to reach there full potential one day. We will work on balance, agility, skating speed, quick feet, core training, flexibility, neck strengthening for prevention of concussions and attitude.

Development Program Boys & Girls ages 9-13- $599 both days $499 Wed Only (20 person maximum)
Long-term development is the main concentration with this group. We will participate in fun activities like rope climbing, skating elements, ring/ladder walking, tug of war, group balance activities, as well as a major emphasis on flexibility. Starting at an early age and working general strength and flexibility in a fun environment will allow these athletes to reach their full potential one day.

NEW! The Rookie Program ages 6-9 $150 (12 person minimum)
A fun learning environment for both boys and girls focused on learning correct skating technique through skating emphasized skills, games and our skating treadmill. This program is designed to get these young athletes more interested in hockey and started off on the right track.
6 Weeks June - August
Off Ice and Treadmill Only Thursdays: 1:00 - 2:15pm
Please have your child wear tennis shoes and comfortable workout clothing we will be outside. Also please bring a water bottle and your gear for the treadmill!
Treadmill Summer 2012 Program
60 minute sessions. An exciting and rewarding environment environment to learn how to skate properly. Almost anybody can improve strength and therefore speed on the ice, but we at DC Hybrid have proven how to not only make athletes stronger but better skaters as well. the immediate feedback that our athletes get on the treadmill accelerates the learning curve for gaining speed on the ice. Cost is $40 per session the more sessions you buy the more you save.
